Documentation location?

I just installed 2.6.19.
I see a Doc folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Devart\LiteDAC for RAD Studio XE7 but it contains a .chm file for a deprecated CRControls along with a bunch of help index files (liteDAC*.*) that will not open on my Windows 7 computer.
How do I open these help files?

Starting from Windows 7, Microsoft refused the old help format - .HLP . However, at this, Microsoft offers a new approach to open .HLP files using the WinHlp32.exe program. See detailed instructions for installation of WinHlp32.exe and download links are contained in the KB917607 :

I tried installing this update and it had no effect. My Windows 7 x64 box already opens the .chm file for the deprecated CRControls so it probably already has WinHlp32 running.
It's the *.Hx? files that I cannot open such as LiteDAC.HxT

Files *.HX are help in the Microsoft Document Explorer format and can't be opened directly as .CHM files. Help files of this format may be opened in the main menu of the IDE ( the LiteDAC\LiteDAC Help menu). You can also use our on-line documentation:
https://www.devart.com/litedac/docs/ ; or download the documentation of LiteDAC as PDF (
http://www.devart.com/litedac/litedac.pdf) or CHM (
http://www.devart.com/litedac/litedac.chm)

Thanks.
LiteDAC is the only third party component I have installed in Delphi XE7 so I didn't even notice the LiteDAC menu before you mentioned it.
