Strange chars in new version fo LiteDAC

I had LiteDAC 2.3.9, and then installed 2.4.10.
Now when i create db file and encrypt it i receive in it some strange, chinese like, characters?

Hello,
We have already fixed the problem. The new LiteDAC build including these fixes will be available this week.

Chinese characters still exists...

The version including this fix is not yet released
