Unidirect and .NET Compact Framework

I am developing a VB.Net application for a windows ce 4.2 device and was hoping to find a way to get direct access to a Microsoft Access Mdb-File over an ethernet connection. Can Unidirect be used with the .Net Compact Framework and would it be possible to connect to a Microsoft Access Database?

We don't support UniDirect .NET for Compact Framework, and at the nearest time
we are not planning to support it.
