universal supprt direct mode at oracle like UniDAC

I very like use UniDAC;

and i Use it instead of ODAC when UniDAC was made at Delphi;

now i Use C#;

I like use dotConnect for Oracle too.
Because it Support Direct Mode;

so i want to know is dotConnect Universal like UniDAC too?
