do dotConnect Universal supports Alerters (Listen/Notify) on a PostgreSQL environment ?

dotConnect Universal offers unified access for different databases. It doesn't support specific features which are supported only by particular database (-s). An ability to manage PostgreSQL notifications with the LISTEN and NOTIFY commands is available in dotConnect for PostgreSQL (PgSqlAlerter component).
