I'm thinking about developing a component which use unidirect .net for some operations and I would like to know if there is any problem with distribution of this product because I think when you install a component, libraries used by this component are also installed, isn't it?

UniDirect .NET works through another ADO.NET providers that must be already installed.
List of supported providers is available at
http://crlab.com/unidirect/#providers

It's ok, but if somebody buy my component and he installs it on his computer, Unidirect libraries are installed too because they're required (I use them on my project), isn't it? so I would like to know if there is any problem with this 'redistribution' of your libraries.

You can freely redistribute the CoreLab.UniDirect.dll assembly with your aplications, there's no problems with it.
