Salesforce has recently announced that they will be forcing all orgs to create a 'custom domain' for login purposes rather than use the standard login.salesforce.com and test.salesforce.com.
Will this affect your data connector? And if it does what is your advice regarding creating the connection string to support this requirement?

dotConnect for Salesforce must work well with the custom login URL. You should specify a custom URL (without "http://") in the "Host" connection string parameter.
