The list of changes for the new builds:
- The bug with the error of reading relation columns like 'Created By', 'Parent Account' etc. for Zoho CRM API v2, when Zoho CRM language is different from English, is fixed (Zoho CRM)
- The bug with generating fluent mapping for the one-to-one association by the DbContext template in EF4/EF5/EF6 is fixed
