Quickbooks Excel Add-in - Web Login Screen Blank

Hello,

I have the Excel Add-in v1.6.x for Quickbooks and need to reauthenticate. When I click the Web Login button, the screen comes up and there is some text displayed but there are no input boxes displayed for entering my login info.

I see the Intuit Quickbooks logo and then text "Don't have an account? Sign up now." and then a blank screen. Then there is some footer text.

Please specify the exact Excel Add-ins version. To find the version of Devart Excel Add-ins, on the Devart tab, in the Help group, click 'About'.
