dotConnect for QuickBooks: Transfer Payroll Information?

Hi,
We have the latest version of dotConnect for QuickBooks. One thing that I'm noticing is that it doesn't seem to support Payroll. Am I correct in assuming that? And, it looks like that even Intuit's sandbox for developers doesn't seem to support it either. We already have support for QuickBooks desktop for our application and it does support payroll information transfer(i.e. employee timesheets and salary). Is this a limitation of QuickBooks Online? As I can see that Intuit seems to have a product called QuickBooks Online Payroll, but there doesn't seem to be any documentation for the developer.
