and will the product keep the ExactTarget name or will it switch to "Salesforce Marketing Cloud", since that what Salesforce calls it now?

Thank you for your question. We have renamed this forum thread: "dotConnect for Salesforce" -> "dotConnect for Cloud Applications". You can ask dotConnect for ExactTarget specific questions here.
