Equivalent call for getUserInfo()

Post by craigd » Wed 30 Jan 2013 12:27

I am just working my way through converting an old project that used SOAP API calls directly, was one to obtain the current user id (via getUserInfo()) as a means of defining the default filters for accounts, contacts and opportunities.

Is this function call provided?

Regards
Craig

Thank you for your suggestion. We will investigate the possibility of supporting getUserInfo() via dotConnect for Salesforce interface and post here about the result.

The GetUserInfo method of the SalesforceConnection class is implemented. We will post here when the corresponding build of dotConnect for Salesforce is available for download.
