Error unable to open file DBXDEVARTSQLITE.O

I'm using a trial version of SQLite driver and getting Fatal: Unable to open file DBXDEVARTSQLITE.O

I didn't find it anywhere on package or on my computer. This happen's on OSX build.

hello,

Please specify the exact version of IDE and dbExpress driver for SQLite.
