Skip files or folders that have too long name

Code Compare stops comparing when it detects a file or folder that have too long name
It does not tell me which file/folder, it just says the path and/or the filename too long...
But I want to compare disassembled files for seurity analysis
Is there a way to skip them and continue comparing?
