I am comparing two folders. A subfolder, "resources," is completely missing from the list of subfolders. I have confirmed both are present in the two compared folders. Does anyone know why this might happen and how to fix it?

- Note: I can actually enter the address to the missing subfolder, and compare them that way, so Code Compare is aware of them on some level, just not when it looks at the higher level folder.
