Windows 10 x64 update crashes Code Compare?

On my two PCs, Code Compare 4.2.236 quickly returns alert box with "Code Compare has been terminated or is not responding..."

I've rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried version 5.0.85, all with same result.

Any help is appreciated - I like the tool.

1. Codе Compare logs %appdata%\Devart\Code Compare\Logs . Please send content of this folder.
2. .NET framework version
using the following form https://www.devart.com/company/contactform.html

Make sure that a third-party application (e.g. antivirus) doesn't block Code Compare processes.
