Hi!

Is there a way to only show the differences between two files? For instance, when comparing two C# files, I only want to see the lines of code that have changed.

Unfortunately, Code Compare doesn't have an option similar to Show Diff Only. However, usage of the Smart Collapse option after file opening/refresh might help you.
