Is integration with Visual Studio 2017 supported?
If so, it does not work in my installation.
If not, when is it likely to be supported?

If you cannot install version 4.2.221 please, provide us with the following additional information,

1 Do you see the option "Integrate into Visual Studio 2017" in the installation wizard?
2 Do you see Code Compare in the Visual Studio 2017 Extensions and Updates?
Visual Studio Menu -- Tools -- Extensions and Updates -- Installed

I Do NOT see Code Compare in the installed Visual Studio 2017 Extensions

I had the same problem with Review Assistant. There was a bug and it was fixed in developer version (3.6.438).

Maybe there is the same bug?

To solve this problem, try installing the developer build http://devart.com/pub/codecompare.exe.
Please, inform us if it helps.

I have VS2017 V15.3.5 installed. Codecompare 4.2.234 integration to VS2017 is complete and it shows up under the Tools menu, and the Diff and Merge tool under Git Settings indicates codecompare. However, when I do a comparison, the VS diff tool is displayed instead of Codecompare. I have tried removing, reinstalling, and the developer build install, but still cannot get codecompare to be the default diff / merge tool. Any thoughts on how to force this configuration?

Do you use Git together with TFS?
If yes, you should select 'Integrate with TFS version control' in the installer

ESC is not working in Visual Studio integrated Code Compare window.

For better usability we would expect to be able to close current focused Visual Studio integrated Code Compare window with pressing ESC keyboard key.
