bug: drop not allowed during drag and drop of text block with in file being compared

I tend to use drag and drop of marked text instead of cut and paste to avoid cluttering my clip board
but code compare do not allow drop of marked text

Code Compare as a Visual Studio extension does not allow to drag-and-drop the marked text, due to the Visual Studio limitations.

However, Code Compare Standalone includes the aforesaid feature.
