Is there a way to save a comparison of two folders that you frequently compare to run it again quickly without having to choose the folders each time?

Code Compare has no list of recent comparison sessions. We will review the opportunity of including this improvement to one of the next versions. Nevertheless you can use the drop down list of recently opened folders.
