Borland Starteam Integration With Devart Code Compare - help

What are the appropriate command line parameters that I need to put into the Borland Starteam source control's tools > personal options > file > Alternate applications dialogue in order to get Code Compare to integrate with it for a basic 2 way merge? I can't quite seem to get it right.

Merge Utility: C:\Program Files\Devart\Code Compare\CodeMerge.exe
Options: /tf=$branchtip /bf=$basefile /mf=$usertip /rf=$resultfile /2

Comparison Utility: C:\Program Files\Devart\Code Compare\CodeCompare.exe
Options: $file1 $file2

I am using Report Builder 7.02. I would like to upgrade to RB 7.04, which supports Delphi 7. I am ready to buy the software, Please inform me if you are having RB 7.04 software.
