Merge in standalone mode?

I'm trying out CodeCompare, and I cant figure out how to get into merge mode from the gui after opening three files using the browse method. Three-way compare looks good but I need merge. Any hints?

At this point CodeCompare supports manual merge only. We consider enhancing merge conflict processing in the future version. Do you have any requests concerning this functionality?
