Firstly, very nice plugin.

As per my ramblings in the Q & A section of your gallery page at http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microso ... 9cdce5bb3b, the Mercurial instructions need the addition of the /WAIT command line option, same reason as specified for TFS at http://www.devart.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=18645

You need to test my theory and update the instructions at http://www.devart.com/codecompare/integ ... n_tfs.html

I hope this saves someone the couple of hours it took me to track down why it only worked *sometimes*. It has worked perfectly after adding the /WAIT option on TortoiseHg v 1.1.3 on 2 computers

FYI I have also opened a ticket with the VisualHg developer to get his plugin to support yours, and others, at http://visualhg.codeplex.com/workitem/29

unrelated: your notification email font size is ultra-tiny. Almost unreadable on my pixel-dense laptop screen.
