Error [DCC Fatal Error] Unit1.pas(7): F2063 Could not compile used unit 'DBXDevartPostgreSQL.pas'

Use windows 7 X64, I test the connection in dbExpress driver for postgres and concta successfully, but when I put the component connection in my Delphi project, and I'll compile displays the following error:
[DCC Fatal Error] Unit1.pas (7): F2063 Could not compile used unit 'DBXDevartPostgreSQL.pas'


Could someone help me?

Please, specify the exact version of the IDE you are using (the exact version is a full string at the top of the IDE About window. For example, "Embarcadero Delphi XE Version 15.0.3953.35171").
