Linq to Postgresql error

when I create a asp.net project, and add a new item 'Devart LINQ to SQL Model', it has an error 'Template with name 'LINQ C#' is not found. Specify the correct template in the Project properties. CrmDemodatacontext '. I use vs2008 to develop. Thank you in advance.
