My configuration for separation of decimal is comma. (Brazilian configuration).

That produces me a mistake of INSERT or UPDATE when I inform decimal house.

If you are using decimal numbers in the text of SQL property, you should use the decimal separator corresponding to your PostgreSQL server settings.
