problem with parameters

When I try to use parameters in a query or a SQLDataSet, occurs the following problem:

"Access violation at address 20006678 in module 'rtl100.bpl'. Read of address F28B5627."

Only in Delphi 2007, Delphi 7 in the operating parameters normally.

We are using the trial version.
