New INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE batch functionality

Hello,

Can you please provide more details of the new functionality "Now you can use INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE batch operations, that may increase performance of huge data modifications up to 1000 times."
How this can be implemented exactly ?
