New PgDAC version 3.5 is available for download now.
In this version:

• RAD Studio XE3 is supported
• Windows 8 is supported
• Bug with storing empty MapRules collection in DFM is fixed
• Bug with empty TABLESPACE at table backup by TPgDump when QuoteNames=True is fixed
