Problem usig PgDAC with multiple running Delphi instances.

Hi,
When I have one delphi 2009 instance open then open another to quickly edit a second program etc, I get this error from the 2nd instance as it starts up:

Can't load package dclpgdac120.bpl
I/O error 103
Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is loaded.

We cannot reproduce this problem. Maybe the dclpgdac120.bpl file was locked for some reason.
