Renew PGDAC

Hello

On May 14 I renewed my subscription pgdac, but it has not received any e-mail .. I have sent two emails to support and nothing ..

what is happening? if it continues I will cancel my subscription IBDAC,PGDAC and left for the Anydac.

My information.
