Queries from SQL 2019 / 2022 do not show IO total operations

I have Devart 6.3.9 Sql Studio
Given 2 queries run on 2 servers (Sql 2016 Compat 130) and (Sql 2019 Compat 150), only the 2016 version shows the total table IO in query profiling mode, however the same query when run on a copy of the database on the 2019 server does not show the total table IO. However when comparing the RAW xml from the 2 plans they both clearly show the table IO results. Is this a bug?
Plan #1 - 2016 Server - Shows correctly in DBForge > https://www.brentozar.com/pastetheplan/?id=rJLzpL0zs
Plan #2 - 2019 Server - Does not show correctly > https://www.brentozar.com/pastetheplan/?id=rJIwkPCGj
Update: 10/10/2022 - does not show IO for SQL 2022 Preview 3 either.
