db fogre SQL Data Compare - sync large data

Hello,

I want to sync large data using SQL Data Compare, but it takes long time and the whole software became not responsive.
I checked the RAM usage it was nearly full 6.75 GB out of 8 GB only for db forge SQL Data Compare.

Any advise how can I sync bulk data?
