Toolbars, window locations don't save

Is there a way to tell the toolbars and where the viewing windows are docked to stay in those locations?
Every time I start the program new, I have to turn on the toolbars that I use, and the windows that I use, like Database Explorer docked to the left side of the window, auto-hide.

I wish the window locations and selected toolbars remained consistent between sessions. Or if there is a way to define a workspace and use that, that would work too.

Kindly be informed that we were unable to reproduce this issue on our side. On our side, it saves well.
Could you try to run Studio as admin?
