Geography field not showing anything in spatial viewer

I have a geography field in my table with polygons based on longitude and latitude coordinates.
When I use the data viewer with the spatial view option, nothing appears.
Is there a reason why?

Could you please specify the full product name along with its version and provide us the CREATE definition of the object?
Screenshots would be also of help.
