My trial period has expired and I bought a license yesterday. I did not receive it till now.

Could you please send me a trial extension so I could work till i get the real license?

I got the activation mail, but now i cant activate the product and the user portal doesnt show my license.

The Manual activation says
Error, Specified information is invalid. Please make sure you copied activation request from the application correctly.

thonline Activation says couldnt find license for ... number

could you please assist me?

Does the issue still persist?
