SSMS Crashes after SQL Complete Uninstall

Hi,
please help with the issue after latest update.
After latest SQL Complete Update today(pro version), I could not connect to any SQL Servers. Could not solve the issue so I uninstalled SQL Complete. But now I cannot use SSMS 17.9 neither SSMS 18 as they keep crashing. Tried to reinstall both SSMS versions, though I cannot open any of them as they keep crashing.

I encountered the same problem when updating to the fixed version 6.5.48. Luckily I didn't have SSMS 17.9.1 installed when this happened. Had to install it bexause SSMS 18.x versions are unusable now. No repair, uninstall reinstall could fix the problem. The connection dialog box is broken.

Please try moving the file UserSettings.xml located in the folder below to some other folder:
