Execution History Error

I installed SQL Complete on a brand new computer.
When I right click and select "To New SQL Window" in the Execution History list, I see an error with the following message:

An error occurred while opening the document. In order to resolve this, please upgrade Microsoft Management Studio.

The Microsoft.com URL in this message is dead. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I can't remember what I did on my last computer to fix this, when I installed SQL Complete the last time. Thanks!

This issue is fixed in dbForge SQL Complete, v6.5.38 https://www.devart.com/dbforge/sql/sqlcomplete/download.html
