SQL Complete doesn't open connections from different servers when restoring query windows

I have different query windows opened to two different servers and databases. When I restart SSMS, it asks for a connection to one server only. When the connection of a restored window is changed to a server that is not opened in the Object Explorer, SQL Complete is not aware of the database objects. Resetting and refreshing the cache doesn't do anything and there's no error message and there are no valid table suggestions.

We will fix this issue in the next product update and will notify you once it's available for downloading.

For your information, this happens only with SSMSv.18.

At the moment, it can be fixed by selecting the option 'Enable document restoring' option in the 'General' section of the 'Options' window.
