SQL Complete does not format the select inside a CTE

I have made some formatting changes to the select and various options in the sub options. These do not work if the statements are inside a cte. I have to select the statement and choose format selection but then I lose the formatting if I choose Format Document. That's a lot of work if I make a lot of changes and I have to manually format selections. How do I get the CTEs to format using the options from the Select format rules?
