Keyboard Shortcut for Refresh Local Cache

I know that the default keyboard shortcut for Refresh Local Cache is Ctrl + Shift + R.

However, during customization that I wanted to do, I assigned Ctrl + Shift + R to Reformat Document.

Now, I want to assign a new short cut for Refresh Local Cache but I can't find the associated menu item. Is it Document.RefreshDbObject? I tried that and it doesn't work. Please let me know.
