SQL Complete Crashes Visual Studio when using Find / Replace

I am using SQL Complete 5.8.187 within my Visual Studio 2017 Professional edition installation and whenever I try and do:
Edit > Find and Replace > Replace in Files > (possibly only when doing a regex match)
It crashes and I get "dbForge SQL Complete has encountered an unexpected error" and I can't complete the search.
I have sent the crash report over to you and submitted a support request.
Has anyone else encountered this / aware of a workaround?

Please try reinstalling dbForge SQL Complete selecting the 'Registry options' and 'Configuration files' options on the 'Uninstall options' page of the Uninstall wizard.
