I am unable to log in to request support. I can log into the customer portal but when I click Support -> Request Support, it takes me back to a login screen. It won't accept the same credentials I used to get into the customer portal. If I try to sign up for an account to get into support it gives me an error (Sorry, there was an error : server_error) but sends an email saying I've successfully signed up. However, it still won't let me log in. If I use the password reset feature, I get an email to reset the password and it says I have successfully changed the password. But, it takes me back to the login screen and still won't accept my password.
Obviously, I have no trouble logging into the forums. I also have no problem logging into the "customer portal" to view my licenses.

Yes, but it isn't letting me create a login for https://www.devart.com/login.html. I described what happens when I try to sign up for an account in my original post.
