DBForge Search can't connect with dot in the server name

DBForge Search can't connect with dot in the server name. If I use .\sql2012 I get 'can't login for user '.. error. I have to use the machine name.

Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this issue.
Could you please provide us the versions of the SQL Server server, SSMS and dbForge?

I don't see an instance name with the dot anymore. It's not a big issue. You can close this.
