AZURE SQL Server copy DB

Does dbForge support copying AZURE SQL Server Databases (all of it) between AZURE subscriptions and or regions, i.e. data centers?
Could you please clarify whether you are referring to the Schema/Data Compare features of dbForge Studio for SQL Server?
