The Merge_Then_Insert_Values_StackValuesExpressionsList attribute in the code formatting XML does not seem to be working. I set it to stack MERGE THEN INSERT VALUES in a simple list, but it does not work when applying formatting.

Never mind, I found that setting that said to copy the values from INSERT. It would be nice if all the boxes greyed out on the MERGE THEN INSERT if that option to copy values from INSERT was checked.

We will handle this in one of the next product versions.
