when opening source control manager I see a table that is listed as Remove and then again as Add
there is no change in the table, so why this? And if there was a change, why wouldn't it show up as Modify?
This way we loose the change history, which is not desirable at all
(FYI I'm using the SSMS plugin, not studio)

Could you please provide us the following information:

1. The detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
2. The scripts of the database (or at least, the table) and repository.
3. Server version.
