I unlinked a database from source control and then tried to link it again and got this error:
URL '
HTTPS://rest-of-url' non-existent in revision 22222
What do I do about that, how do I link my database to the repository again?

Please double check that the repository is working.
Are you attempting to connect the second time to the same repository?
In what mode were you linking the database in the first and second time (shared or dedicated)?

I can open the repository with repo browser (tortoise), and it was working before I disconnected except it was showing some files as "ADD" even though they already existed, and after committing, there was no change in the repository, so maybe ....
it was linked in shared mode, and I tried both with no luck the second time
I was trying to link to the same repository

Could you please let us know what version control system you are using? Is it SVN? Please also check that the specified folder exists in the repository.
