Hi, I have been importing data to tables from csv files auto-generated by another system we are using.

When I try to import new data to the existing table with the import wizard, the only option available is to us an ODBC connector. The csv and xls options are grayed out. I'm not sure what I did exactly, but can you tell me how to fix it?

Could you please provide us the following information:

1. Sample of the imported file.
2. *.dit data import template file with your specific settings.
3. CREATE definition of the table into which you are importing data (in case you are importing data into existing table).
4. Full name and version of the product.
