I am evaluating dbForge Studio for SQL Server and like what i have seen so for, but I am having problems running the Schema Comparison it keeps failing with the same error message:

------ Schema comparison 'xx vs yy' started: Source: xx ------
Comparison failed.
Reason: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\xx\AppData\Local\Temp\dbForge Studio for SQL Server\1348f2f7d2e442fda087028190c0d0be.tmp' because it is being used by another process.
------ Schema comparison 'xx vs yy' done: error(s) 1, warnings 0 ------

I am running the studio as an administrator. I have tried deleting the tmp files and restarted but the error is the same every time. There is only one copy of dbForge Studio open
I am running version 4.5.79 of dbForge Studio for SQL Server Professional Edition which is the latest version (according to the update function) on a Windows Vista Enterprise laptop

Please perform the following actions:

1. Close dbForge.

2. Remove all files from the following folder:

%SystemDrive%\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Temp\

3. Start dbForge and perform comparison.

If the above actions didn't help, please perform the following:

1. Uninstall dbForge.

2. Start the registry editor (regedit.exe).

3. Remove the following branches:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Devart\dbForge Studio Beta for SQL Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Devart\dbForge Studio for SQL Server

4. Install dbForge once again.

I have been having the same issue for a while. I went through the steps that were said and reinstalled with 7.3 but have the exact same issue no matter what I try.

Could you please provide us the following:
1. Version of dbForge.
2. Version of the server.
3. Screenshot of the error.
